We are looking for a bright, ambitious LinkedIn Recruiter & Sourcing Specialist to join our team on a 100% remote basis.

This is a 100% backend, non-voice operational role focused entirely on mastering LinkedIn Recruiter RPS searches. You will not make phone calls, conduct candidate interviews, or do cold sales.

Your main job is to act as our primary search engine: building candidate longlists using LinkedIn Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deep LinkedIn Recruiter Sourcing & Contact Extraction

- Execute exact candidate searches on LinkedIn Recruiter for senior financial roles (Managing Director, C-level, VP, Managers) using custom Boolean logic and filters.
- Build clean, highly accurate candidate longlists and organize them into project folders in LinkedIn Recruiter.

2. Financial Registry Sourcing & BD Outreach

- Perform daily morning audits of public financial registries (DIFC, ADGM, DFSA) to identify newly licensed financial firms (Wealth Management, Hedge Funds, Private Banks, Family Offices).




- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify key decision-makers (CEOs, Managing Directors, Senior Executive Officers) at these newly licensed firms.
- Draft personalized, non-salesy introductory messages directly in LinkedIn Recruiter using company templates for partner review and dispatch.
- Maintain clean tracking sheets for outreach statuses, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Experience in recruitment sourcing on LI RPS, expert in Boolean search logic on LI RPS
- Core Tool Skill: Basic hands-on familiarity or strong interest in becoming an expert in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search logic.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- Domain Aptitude: Keen interest in learning financial services terminology and corporate titles (Private Banking, Asset Management, Investment Banking).
- Communication: Excellent written business English with high attention to detail, spelling, and tone.
- Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
