Role Description This is a full time, on-site Digital Marketing role based in Jaipur. The Digital Marketing specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, email, and display to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media profiles, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and using web analytics tools to track and report key metrics. The role involves collaborating with design, content,



and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives and continuously testing new approaches to improve ROI. The specialist will also support performance marketing initiatives, contribute to marketing strategy discussions, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and best practices.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, community management, and campaign optimization across major platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience with performance marketing (e.g., PPC, paid social), SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools is beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
