Stayvilmaris is looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team at our Sector 10, Noida office.

Position: Sales Executive – Villa Sales

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Sector 10, Noida | Work From Office

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Handle and convert enquiries for luxury villas and holiday homes across Goa and other destinations

• Understand guest requirements and recommend suitable villas based on group size, budget, location, and occasion

• Manage bookings for family holidays, group getaways, weddings, celebrations, corporate retreats, and special occasions

• Connect with potential guests through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other sales channels

• Follow up consistently with leads to maximise conversions and close bookings

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive booking revenue

• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, wedding planners, event organisers, corporate clients, and travel partners

• Prepare customised quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals

• Upsell villa amenities, additional services, and premium stay experiences wherever relevant

• Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to ensure a smooth guest experience

• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups,



quotations, and confirmed bookings

• Identify new business opportunities to drive villa occupancy and revenue growth

We're Looking For Someone Who

Has 3–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in villa rentals, luxury hospitality, holiday homes, travel, resorts, or vacation rentals

Has excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Is confident handling high-value bookings and premium clientele

Understands the requirements of family groups, destination celebrations, weddings, and luxury travellers

Has a target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

Is comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and sales tools

Has a good command of English and Hindi

Is based in or around Delhi NCR/Noida
