Job Position - Sales Engineer

Location - Bangalore, Whitefield

Work days - 6 days per week.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Capable to handle the customers individual.
- Identify and develop current customers in medical, consumer goods, electrical, packaging, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, exhibitions, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities.
- Build long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and plastic product manufacturers.
- Visit customers to understand mould requirements and technical specifications.
- Receive RFQs (Request for Quotations) from customers.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and estimation teams for feasibility and costing.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.




- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project status.
- Resolve customer concerns in coordination with production and quality teams.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor competitors pricing, capabilities, and market trends.
- Inform customers about project progress and delivery schedules. Support trial and mould acceptance activities.

Requirements

- Candidate with experience in similar industry or experience in plastic related industry (Like HRS Manufacturers, Mould Manufacturing industry or moulding industry).
- Educational qualification: BE – Mechanical Engineering, UG /PG in NTTF or CIPET.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years in similar field.
