Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR skilled to manage and streamline day-to-day HR Operations, including payroll processing, compensation and benefits, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution, maintaining employee records, and adhering to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements. The candidate will also be responsible for HRMS management, process automation, HR data accuracy, and continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

- Manage end-to-end payroll and compensation processes.
- Administer benefits (health, insurance, incentives, retirement plans).
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.

Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage onboarding, documentation, leave, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR database.
- Identify & implement process improvements.

Rewards & C&B; Strategy





- Maintain compensation structures and benefits governance.
- Support increments, promotions, and wage revisions.
- Ensure error-free and timely execution of C&B; activities.

Digital HR & MIS

- Lead HR digitalization initiatives (Darwinbox).
- Enhance system adoption & process automation.
- Maintain accurate MIS dashboards and employee master data.

Team Development

- Lead, mentor, and upskill the HR operations team.
- Conduct performance reviews and build successors.

Major Challenges

- Ensuring data accuracy in semi-automated processes.
- Keeping pace with regulatory changes.
- Compensation benchmarking.

Skills & Qualifications

- MBA/PGDBM in HR.
- 15–18 years experience (including 10+ in HR Operations).
- Expertise in Excel, HRIS (Darwinbox/SAP), statutory laws & data analytics.
- Strong communication, leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
