Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions professionally through the assigned process/channel.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns within the defined process guidelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Accurately record customer interactions, requests and relevant information in the system.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines and quality standards.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality and customer satisfaction targets.




- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Work effectively with team members and support day-to-day process requirements.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and adherence to company compliance standards.

- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused and professional approach
- Basic computer knowledge and comfortable working on multiple systems
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Willingness to work from the Brookefield office
