Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, experienced, and target-driven Placement Manager to lead our placement team, build strong corporate relationships, and create employment opportunities for our students.

The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate hiring, recruitment, student placements, employer engagement, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the placement team and overall placement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Identify and onboard companies for student hiring and placement opportunities.
- Develop corporate hiring partnerships to generate consistent job opportunities.
- Organize placement drives, interviews, assessments, and recruitment campaigns.
- Set and achieve monthly placement targets.
- Monitor placement team performance and provide regular guidance.
- Coordinate with trainers to prepare students for interviews and recruitment processes.
- Track interviews, selections, offer letters, and candidate joining status.
- Maintain placement databases and prepare performance reports for management.




- Improve placement conversions through effective strategies and follow-ups.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in placements, recruitment, corporate relations, or a similar role.
- Experience in managing placement or recruitment teams is preferred.
- Strong corporate networking and employer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and follow-up abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- A target-oriented mindset with solid ownership and accountability.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in EdTech companies, IT training institutes, recruitment firms, placement agencies, or corporate hiring teams are encouraged to apply.
