Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Manager role located in Anand. The HRIS Manager will oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems to support core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, payroll inputs, and performance management. The role involves analyzing HR data, generating reports and dashboards, and providing insights to support decision-making and workforce planning. The HRIS Manager will collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to improve business processes, ensure data accuracy, and manage system upgrades and integrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, managing user access and training,



ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and supporting the administration of employee benefits through the HRIS.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) skills, including system configuration, data management, and reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience interpreting HR data to support business decisions.
- Candidates should possess Business Process understanding, with the ability to map, improve, and document HR workflows.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Advantages processes and the ability to manage benefits data and administration through HR systems.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to lead HRIS implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment and familiarity with compliance requirements are advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders are essential.
