Silica Healthcare is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) to lead and expand our pharmaceutical sales business across Bihar, focusing on IV Fluids and hospital business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and achieve zonal targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Develop hospital, institutional, and distributor networks.
- Monitor sales performance and expand market presence.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Experience in team handling and hospital/institutional sales preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and business development skills.
- Knowledge of the Bihar market will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
