Job Summary

Smart Bond Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Zonal Sales Manager with strong OEM sales experience to lead industrial sales operations, develop strategic customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling industrial products or specialty chemicals to OEMs, manufacturers, and large industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute industrial sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new OEM customers across relevant industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with purchase heads, procurement managers, plant heads, production teams, and other key decision-makers.
- Drive sales of silicone sealants, adhesives, specialty chemicals, and other industrial bonding solutions to OEM customers.
- Identify recent business opportunities in industries such as automotive, electrical and electronics, appliances, furniture, glass, aluminium, fabrication, and other manufacturing sectors.




- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical and product teams to recommend suitable solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, product trials, quotations, and annual supply agreements.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and monitor sales performance.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with OEMs and ensure customer retention.
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the industrial sales team.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for product development, quality, dispatch, collections, and customer support.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present business updates to senior management.

- Revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Number of new OEM accounts acquired.
- Growth in existing OEM accounts.
- Conversion rate of product trials into commercial orders.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Profitability and contribution margins.
- Sales team productivity and collection performance.
