Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to lead a large-scale institutional outreach programme using telephone calling, follow-ups and scheduled Zoom meetings. The project involves identifying relevant institutions across Maharashtra, reaching decision-makers, arranging meetings and ensuring systematic follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the statewide Zoom outreach operation and establish daily and weekly targets.
- Supervise six Divisional Managers and coordinate with data-mining, initial calling, follow-up and presentation teams.
- Oversee the identification and verification of schools, colleges, temples, societies and other target institutions.
- Ensure that callers reach the appropriate decision-makers and schedule meetings effectively.
- Monitor calling productivity, meeting conversion, attendance, follow-ups and meeting outcomes.
- Establish standard call scripts, outcome codes, quality checks and escalation procedures.
- Ensure that interested and pending leads receive timely follow-up.




- Coordinate with presenters to ensure that meetings are properly scheduled and conducted.
- Review daily dashboards and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure accurate data management and timely submission of consolidated reports.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 8–15 years of experience in BPO operations, contact centres, outbound calling, lead generation, telemarketing or large-scale outreach.
- Prior experience managing multiple teams or a large calling operation is essential.
- Strong understanding of calling productivity, conversion metrics, CRM/MIS and performance dashboards.
- Excellent people management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Zoom or similar video-conferencing platforms.
- Experience with institutional outreach or multi-location campaigns will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate A target-driven operations manager who can mobilise and control a high-volume outreach operation, with a solid emphasis on verified data, meetings scheduled, follow-up discipline and measurable outcomes. Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
