. Key Responsibilities

· Implement, configure, customize, and maintain Zoho applications as per business requirements.

· Manage Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and other business applications across departments.

· Identify opportunities for AI integration, workflow automation, and process improvement.

· Develop automated workflows, approval systems, dashboards, and reports.

· Integrate Zoho applications with APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools.

· Use AI tools for data analysis, document processing, reporting, content generation, and business automation.

· Support Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

· Troubleshoot technical issues, provide end-user training, and maintain system documentation.

· Ensure data accuracy, security, privacy, and responsible AI usage.

· Monitor application performance and continuously improve system efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
