About the Role

Feline Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Thumbnail Designer to create eye-catching, high-impact thumbnails for Sarthak Goswami’s YouTube channel. We’re looking for someone who understands what makes people click, has a robust visual sense, and can turn content ideas into compelling thumbnail designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging, high-quality thumbnails for YouTube videos.
- Understand video topics, content style, and target audiences to create relevant visual concepts.
- Develop creative ideas that grab attention and encourage viewers to click.
- Collaborate with writers, researchers, editors, and the content team to understand each video’s core message.
- Experiment with layouts, typography, colours, expressions, and visual storytelling.
- Create multiple thumbnail variations when required and incorporate feedback.
- Stay updated on YouTube trends, thumbnail styles, and competitor channels.




- Maintain consistency in visual quality while exploring fresh and innovative ideas.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in thumbnail design, preferably for YouTube creators or digital media companies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of Illustrator or other design tools is a plus.
- A strong understanding of composition, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create thumbnails that are both visually appealing and relevant to the video content.
- A creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing your YouTube thumbnails is mandatory.
