We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and proven Senior SAP S/4 Datasphere Engineer to drive the design, development, and implementation of our next-generation data and analytics platform. The ideal candidate will blend deep technical expertise in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and S/4HANA data structures with robust leadership abilities to guide a small team of engineers. This role is pivotal in managing client expectations, mentoring team members, and ensuring successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models, views,
and data flows within SAP Datasphere (including the SAP BW Bridge) to support enterprise-wide analytics.
- Develop and implement SAC Stories, Dashboards, and Analytical Applications for reporting and planning based on Datasphere models.
- Utilize S/4HANA Embedded Analytics and native data modeling (CDS Views) for efficient data extraction and virtualization.
- Possess strong knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) data services and capabilities, including how Datasphere and related services fit into the broader Business Data Cloud architecture.
- Support and maintain existing solutions built on traditional SAP BI tools, including SAP BW, SAP Analysis for Office (AO), and SAP BusinessObjects (BoBJ) suite.
- Manage a small team of SAP BW and Datasphere Engineers, overseeing their daily tasks, resource allocation, and performance.
