Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workshop operations and repair activities.
- Supervise technicians, mechanics, and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely vehicle servicing, repairs, and delivery.
- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage spare parts inventory and workshop equipment.
- Handle customer complaints and service-related queries.
- Maintain job cards, service records, and workshop reports.
- Ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of automobile servicing and repairs.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
