Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Worksoft Automation Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Worksoft Certify, SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, and SAP S/4HANA upgrade testing. The selected candidate will support an SAP S/4HANA 2025 upgrade programme by developing, maintaining, and executing scalable automated regression test suites for critical end-to-end business processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP automation, reusable process development, data-driven testing, regression suite management, and troubleshooting automation failures across SAP environments.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Worksoft Certify for SAP GUI transactions and SAP Fiori applications.
- Automate end-to-end business processes across SAP S/4HANA modules and integrated applications.
- Build reusable processes, sub-processes, automation libraries, and data-driven test scenarios.
- Manage test data and execute smoke, functional, integration, regression, and post-upgrade validation testing.
- Use Worksoft Execution Manager for batch execution, unattended automation, scheduling, and result monitoring.
- Analyse test execution results, identify root causes, and distinguish application defects from script or test-data issues.
- Maintain automation scripts through SAP configuration changes, transports, releases, and upgrade cycles.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, technical teams, developers, business users, and QA leadership.
- Document automation frameworks, execution procedures, reusable components, and defect reports.




- Support knowledge transfer and mentoring for internal QA team members when required.

Required Technical Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on Worksoft Certify experience in SAP environments.
- Strong experience with Worksoft Execution Manager and unattended test execution.
- Expertise in reusable process libraries, modular automation, and data-driven test design.
- Experience with SAP GUI automation across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience automating SAP Fiori applications and launchpad workflows.
- Knowledge of exception handling, recovery mechanisms, and automation troubleshooting.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or major upgrade testing.
- Understanding of SAP roles, workflows, background jobs, master data, transactional data, and system integrations.
- Experience testing end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), or Production Planning (PP).
- Ability to interpret functional specifications, process flows, test cases, and technical documentation.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of overall experience in software testing and test automation.
- Minimum 3 years of practical Worksoft Certify experience in SAP environments.
- Proven experience supporting SAP upgrade or regression testing programmes.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Work Arrangement This is a full-time, remote opportunity. Candidates must be comfortable working from 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST and collaborating with distributed project teams throughout the SAP S/4HANA upgrade lifecycle.
