Workday Prism Analytics Lead

Multiple Altimetrik locations (Hybrid, 3 days in office) | Full-time

Altimetrik is hiring a Workday Prism Analytics Lead to drive enterprise HR data architecture, Workday Prism Analytics implementation, workforce data strategy and large-scale data migration, including complex divestiture and separation programmes.

What you’ll do

- Lead the architecture, design and implementation of Workday Prism Analytics for enterprise HR and Payroll reporting, including data models and pipelines that bring in Workday and external data
- Define data ingestion, transformation, validation and publishing frameworks, along with data architecture standards and reusable components
- Design and deliver executive dashboards, workforce KPIs and consolidated reporting across HR, Payroll and organisational data
- Own the HR and Payroll data strategy for Workday implementations, migrations and divestitures, covering extraction, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, cutover and post-migration validation
- Establish data governance, quality standards, security controls and access management, and ensure privacy, regulatory and legal entity separation compliance
- Work with Workday Functional, Integration, HR, Payroll, IT and external payroll vendor teams on data flows, interfaces and issue resolution




- Lead and mentor Workday consultants, data specialists and developers, and run delivery governance, risk management and quality assurance

What we’re looking for

- Strong experience in Workday data architecture, data management and enterprise HR technology transformation
- Hands-on or architectural expertise in Workday Prism Analytics and workforce reporting, with Workday Studio capabilities
- Experience designing data models, ingestion frameworks, transformation pipelines and data validation processes
- Robust understanding of HR and Payroll data structures, organisational data and workforce reporting requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale data migration, data separation, reconciliation and cutover activities
- Experience supporting Workday implementations, divestitures, acquisitions or complex organisational separation programmes
- Knowledge of data governance, data security, access controls, data quality and compliance
- Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, architecture governance and delivery management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills
