Workday Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruitment (Recruiting) Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support the Workday Recruiting module. The ideal candidate should possess robust functional expertise in recruitment processes, Workday Recruiting configuration, integrations, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting business processes, job requisitions, candidate management workflows, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding integrations.
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to optimize recruiting processes.
- Design and implement recruiting solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct system workshops, requirement sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Good to have Workday release management knowledge.




- Workday Recruitment certification is a value-added advantage.

Configuration & Implementation
- Configure:

o Job Requisitions o Recruiting Business Processes o Candidate Pipelines o Interview Management o Offer Management o Career Sites o Recruiting Security Roles o Notifications and Alerts
- Support end-to-end Workday implementation, enhancements, and rollout activities.
- Perform configuration testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.

Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards related to recruitment metrics.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as:

o Time-to-Hire o Time-to-Fill o Offer Acceptance Rate o Source Effectiveness o Candidate Funnel Analytics

Support & Governance

- Provide production support and troubleshoot recruiting related issues.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data privacy regulations.
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer sessions.
