We are looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Developer with 4+ years of relevant experience in implementing and supporting end-to-end Adaptive Planning solutions. The role involves designing and developing financial, workforce, and sales planning models, dashboards, reports, and calculations. The candidate will collaborate with FP&A;, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable planning solutions.

Responsibilities include integrations, security configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Workday Adaptive

Planning certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, UAT, and go-live.
- Develop and maintain Sheets, Modeled Sheets, Dashboards, Office Connect reports, and Discovery Boards.
- Configure Levels, Versions, security roles, permissions, and hierarchies.
- Build formulas, cube-level calculations, and reporting structures for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and sales planning.
- Integrate Adaptive Planning with Workday HCM, Workday Financials,



and other ERP/HRIS systems using Adaptive Integrator, APIs, and flat-file loads.
- Collaborate with FP&A;, HR, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into planning models.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, UAT, and post-implementation enhancements.
- Prepare solution design documents, configuration specifications, test scripts, and end-user training materials.

Mandatory Requirements

- 4+ years of hands-on Workday Adaptive Planning experience.
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification — mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of FP&A; processes, including budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial reporting.
- Practical experience with Sheets, Modeled Sheets, Levels, Versions, Formulas, and Dashboards.
- Experience with Office Connect and Adaptive Planning reporting capabilities.
- Knowledge of functional and data-level security configuration.
- Understanding of integrations using Adaptive Integrator, APIs, and flat-file loads.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
