Role & responsibilities

- Process insurance claims, policy documents, and customer requests accurately.

- Verify documents and update customer information in internal systems.

- Review insurance details, identify discrepancies, and ensure compliance with process guidelines.

- Maintain data accuracy and meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Preferred candidate profile

- Freshers are eligible to apply.

- Candidates must be flexible to work in the 7:00 AM5:00 PM shift, with two-way cab facility provided.

- Candidates should be willing to travel to Noida if required by business needs.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Candidates must be versatile to work night shifts for one week every two months.

- Only BBA, BCA, BA and B.Com graduates are eligible to apply.

- B.E,MBA,MCA and B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this role.
