? Mandatory Requirements

- Strong Life Insurance or Wealth Insurance domain knowledge is mandatory.
- Proven experience in Product Management, product delivery, or backlog management.
- Candidates must be local to Delhi NCR.
- Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice only.
- Previous MNC experience preferred.
- Graduate degree in B.E./B.Tech.

? Key Responsibilities
- Own, manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, features, and user stories.
- Define product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, Technology, Business Analysts, and Agile delivery teams.
- Translate business requirements into actionable product capabilities and measurable outcomes.
- Drive Agile execution, delivery planning, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, dependencies, risks, and competing priorities.




- Partner with technology teams throughout design, development, testing, implementation, and post-production stabilization.
- Track product performance, establish meaningful metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate product progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
