We are seeking a technically sound Welder & Fitter who takes pride in professional behaviour and maintains a protected, zero-alcohol lifestyle (non-drinker). You must have the expertise to independently set up welding machines and fabrication processes based on varying shop floor workloads and job specifications.Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Floor Setup: Proficient in setting up machines, gas flows, currents, and fabrication processes according to the specific job requirements on the floor.
- Technical Fitting: Accurately read blueprints, measure, cut, align, and fit metal components.
- Professional Behaviour: Punctual, reliable, respectful, and focused on high-quality workmanship.
- Strict Sobriety: Must be a non-drinker. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for alcohol to ensure work floor safety.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
