Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced website and digital platform professional to lead the development, maintenance and day-to-day management of the project's website and portal. The role requires coordination between technical teams, content teams and project stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and oversee website and portal development, configuration and maintenance.
- Translate project requirements into technical tasks, delivery schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, content writers and other relevant teams.
- Manage website content updates, publishing workflows and quality assurance.
- Monitor website functionality, performance, availability and user experience.
- Coordinate testing, bug resolution, security updates and backups with the technical team.
- Establish content approval, access control and publishing procedures.
- Maintain documentation, issue trackers and delivery reports.
- Ensure that the platform meets agreed functional and reporting requirements.




- Coordinate with project leadership on changes, dependencies and technical risks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- 6–12 years of experience in website development, digital platform management or web project delivery.
- Experience managing developers and coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms, website hosting, analytics, testing and website maintenance.
- Strong project planning, troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience delivering portals or websites under tight project deadlines preferred.
