Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced BTL Marketing professional to drive retail marketing initiatives, customer engagement, store footfall, conversion, and sales growth across retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns and retail activations

✅ Drive mall, catchment, local market, and CRM initiatives

✅ Manage agency partnerships, vendors, and marketing budgets

✅ Track campaign performance, ROI, footfall, and sales uplift

✅ Support new store launches and customer engagement programs

Ideal Candidate:





✔️ 6–9 years of experience in BTL, Trade Marketing, or Retail Marketing

✔️ Fashion/Apparel experience preferred

✔️ Solid expertise in budgeting, vendor management, and ROI tracking

✔️ Excellent project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
