We are looking for an experienced professional to manage dispatch and warehouse operations, including safety, resource utilization, loading and unloading, material handling, and operational excellence. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and error-free dispatch operations in accordance with company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Safety Management

- Monitor, report, and correct unsafe conditions and unsafe acts involving OSA manpower, drivers, and other personnel.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of SAR (Safety Action Report) observations.
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

2. 5S and Housekeeping

- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards across dispatch and A-frame areas.
- Ensure proper upkeep of dispatch tools, wood-cutting machines, and related equipment.
- Monitor and minimize operational waste generation.

3. Resource Utilization

- Effectively utilize OSA manpower, forklift trucks (FLTs), and forklift operators.
- Allocate manpower and equipment based on daily operational requirements.
- Monitor productivity and ensure optimal utilization of available resources.

4. Planning and Execution of Loading Operations

- Plan and execute loading activities for domestic, export, and stock-transfer shipments, covering both naked and packed materials.




- Coordinate A-frame availability, truck-related issues with transport teams, and order-related issues with CSD.
- Assign forklifts and manage daily loading tasks.
- Follow up on material prestaging and coordinate with Warehouse (WH), ASP, and dispatch quality teams to resolve material and loading-pattern issues.
- Ensure adherence to HHT picking processes and error-free loading.
- Ensure trucks and containers are loaded safely according to approved SOPs.
- Verify proper stabilization of loaded trucks and containers before dispatch.

5. Unloading and Material Handling

- Manage unloading operations for import and inward stock-transfer materials.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for material storage locations and ensure timely movement of materials.
- Ensure accurate material accounting in the Orion system through the warehouse coordinator.
- Coordinate with functional teams for A-frames and consumables, wherever required.

6. GV Operations Domestic and Export

- Coordinate A-frame requirements for domestic and export operations.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for loading stillages.
- Work with transporters and transloader teams to ensure the timely movement of stillages.

7. A-Frame Management

- Ensure safe unloading of A-frames from trucks and containers.
- Verify and maintain accurate counts of unloaded materials.
- Ensure protected assembly of A-frames.




- Maintain and upkeep drilling machines and related equipment.
- Maintain 5S standards and housekeeping in the A-frame area.

Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in dispatch, warehouse, logistics, or material-handling operations.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is preferred.
- Good coordination, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
