- Operations & Workflow: Oversee daily receiving, sorting, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch procedures.
- Staff Management: Assign daily tasks, conduct training, and monitor the performance of warehouse associates.
- Inventory Control: Track inbound and outbound inventory, lead cycle counts, audit stock levels, and resolve discrepancies.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, conduct safety meetings, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Equipment & Facility Maintenance: Monitor machinery and keep storage areas clean and organized.
- Reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), compile activity reports.
