- Ensure zero production disruption through effective material availability and line feeding.

- Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Management

- Ensure all warehouse activities are executed as per procedures.
- Maintain solid control on perpetual inventory and stock accuracy.

Inventory Management





- Conduct inventory analysis and improve inventory turns.
- Take actions to control ageing and excess inventory.

Material Flow & Line Feeding

- Ensure uninterrupted material flow to production lines.
- Improve line feeding systems.

Systems & Reporting

- Ensure WMS/ERP usage and maintain inventory reports.
- Publish stock accuracy and discrepancy reports.

Warehouse Optimization

- Improve traceability, locator mapping, and kitting processes.
- Optimize warehouse layout and operations.

Team Management

- Lead warehouse team and improve performance and morale.

Ensure proper manpower utilization Compliance & Coordination

- Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with SCM, production, and logistics teams.
