- Receive and inspect inbound stock, verify against POs and invoices, and prepare GRNs
- Put away stock with proper bin and rack locations, following FIFO/FEFO
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately, including invoice and shipping label placement
- Dispatch orders to courier partners (Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, India Post, etc.), and prepare manifests and handover records
- Process marketplace orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, or the company website within SLA timelines
- Prepare FBA/FBF shipments and apply FNSKU or marketplace labels, where applicable
- Handle customer returns and RTO shipments: inspect, grade, restock, or flag damaged items
- Update inventory daily in the WMS, ERP, or Excel, and keep stock in sync with listings to prevent overselling
- Conduct cycle counts and monthly stock audits, and investigate shortages or mismatches
- Coordinate with the catalogue, customer support, and procurement teams on stock issues
- Supervise pickers, packers, and helpers, and plan manpower for sale days (Diwali, Big Billion Days, Outstanding Indian Festival)
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and packaging material stock

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
