Warehouse Manager to oversee daily logistics, staff, and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics: Supervise all inbound/outbound shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and manage warehouse personnel.
- Inventory Control: Conduct audits, manage stock levels, and maintain high inventory accuracy.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and maintain a clean, organized facility.
- Optimization: Maximize warehouse layout space and track operational KPIs.
- Experience: 3+ years in warehouse operations or a supervisory logistics role.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel.
- Certifications: Forklift certification or a degree in Supply Chain Management is a plus
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
