Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate shipment processing, and maintain smooth inbound and outbound activities at our Kaniyur facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound shipment operations.
- Monitor shipment sorting, scanning, loading, and unloading activities.
- Ensure shipments are processed accurately and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate with delivery teams, supervisors, and other operational departments.
- Monitor daily shipment volumes and manpower productivity.
- Maintain warehouse discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping.
- Track shipment discrepancies, damages, and operational issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of operational records.
- Support the team in achieving daily productivity and service-level targets.
- Prepare daily operational reports and escalate issues to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, courier,



or supply chain operations is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
- Willingness to work in a quick-paced warehouse environment.
