Key Responsibilities

1. Packing

- Pack products securely and accurately according to company standards.

- Ensure the correct products, sizes, and quantities are packed for dispatch.

- Verify product condition and packaging quality before shipment.

- Prepare packed orders for dispatch and arrange them systematically.

2. Scanning

- Scan products during inward stock receipt, stock movement, and dispatch.

- Ensure accurate barcode scanning and system entry for all stock transactions.

- Verify scanned products against invoices, delivery notes, and dispatch details.

- Report barcode errors, scanning mismatches, and system discrepancies to the supervisor.

Stock

Management

- Receive, verify, and arrange incoming stock in designated warehouse locations.

- Maintain proper stock organization and ensure products are stored systematically.

- Monitor stock availability and report shortages, excess stock, and damaged products.





- Assist with physical stock counts and periodic stock verification.

- Ensure accurate stock movement records and prevent stock loss or misplacement.

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of packing, barcode scanning, and stock handling.

- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to organize and manage stock systematically.

- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet daily operational targets.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Minimum 10th / 12th pass.

- Experience: 0–2 years in warehouse operations preferred.

- Experience in footwear, apparel, or retail warehouse operations will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
