Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Hindi Teacher to teach high school students, develop their language proficiency, and foster an appreciation for Hindi literature and culture. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to engage students through interactive teaching methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Hindi to high school students as per the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and teaching materials.
- Develop students’ proficiency in Hindi reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension.
- Explain Hindi literature, poetry, prose, and grammar concepts effectively.
- Conduct regular assessments, examinations, and remedial sessions to monitor student progress.
- Provide individual attention and additional support to students who require academic assistance.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
- Integrate innovative teaching methods and digital resources into classroom instruction.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and assessment results.
- Communicate students’ progress and areas for improvement to parents and the school management.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic planning, school events,



and professional development programmes.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or an equivalent qualification.
- B.Ed. with Hindi as a teaching subject is preferred/required, as applicable to the school’s affiliation and recruitment criteria.
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Hindi will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school is preferred.
- Experience teaching Hindi at the high school level is desirable.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills may also apply, if eligible.

Required Skills

- Strong command of Hindi grammar, literature, and language instruction.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage students through activity-based and student-centred teaching.
- Proficiency in lesson planning, assessment, and academic documentation.
- Patience, adaptability, and a student-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum requirements is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
