Qualifications & Skills

- Master's Degree in Chemistry with a B.Ed. qualification.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent subject knowledge in Chemistry.
- Ability to explain complex chemical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Previous experience in teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level is preferred.
- Experience in creative, practical, and activity-based teaching methods.
- Ability to conduct Chemistry laboratory experiments and practical sessions safely.
- Proficiency in integrating technology into classroom teaching.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare lesson plans, question papers, assignments, and assessments.




- Passion for teaching and supporting students' academic development.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to senior secondary students and maintain high academic standards.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
- Explain chemical concepts through demonstrations, experiments, and practical applications.
- Conduct laboratory sessions while ensuring proper safety procedures.
- Assess students' performance through tests, assignments, practicals, and examinations.
- Provide academic guidance and additional support to students when required.
- Encourage analytical thinking, scientific reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning setting.
- Participate in school programs, co-curricular activities, and academic initiatives.
