Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Report Creator to design, develop, and maintain ERP reports that support business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong report development skills with expertise in SQL, Crystal Reports, SSRS, and report scheduling tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain ERP-based reports as per business requirements.
- Create complex SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and scripts for reporting purposes.
- Design and develop reports using Crystal Reports and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and analytical reports for various departments.
- Configure and manage report scheduling, automation, and distribution.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and report performance optimization.
- Work closely with functional users to gather reporting requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot report-related issues and provide timely support to end users.




- Maintain report documentation and version control.
- Collaborate with ERP, IT, and business teams for continuous process improvement.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server, query writing, stored procedures, and database concepts.
- Hands-on experience in Crystal Reports development.
- Experience in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Knowledge of report scheduling and automation tools.
- Understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in ERP report development and database reporting solutions.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with manufacturing/textile ERP systems.
- Exposure to Power BI or other BI reporting tools.
- Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
