Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and qualified Hindi Teacher to teach high school students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop students’ Hindi language proficiency, reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Hindi to students of Grades 8–10 as per the prescribed curriculum and academic standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
- Develop students’ Hindi reading, writing, speaking, grammar, and comprehension skills.
- Prepare students for examinations and ensure syllabus completion within the stipulated timelines.
- Assess student performance regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an engaging, student-friendly learning environment.
- Identify students who require additional support and provide remedial instruction.
- Maintain academic records, student progress reports, and assessment documentation.
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school management to support academic excellence.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school activities.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi.
- B.Ed.



with Hindi as a teaching subject is preferred/required as applicable to the position and regulatory requirements.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the high school level is preferred.
- Experience teaching Grades 8–10 in a CBSE school will be an added advantage.

- Robust command of Hindi grammar, literature, and language teaching methodologies.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage students through interactive and effective teaching strategies.
- Good assessment, planning, and student mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and educational technology.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
