Role & responsibilities

JL4 5 different role requirements - : – Fixed Asset Accounting & Reporting

- Lead fixed asset accounting activities, including CAPEX requests, asset additions, transfers, disposals, and impairment processing.
- Oversee depreciation runs, asset capitalization, CWIP monitoring, and fixed asset register maintenance in SAP.
- Govern fixed asset accounting policies and procedures, assessing the impact of accounting standard changes, system enhancements, and process changes.
- Manage fixed asset subledger and General Ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Oversee fixed asset reporting, roll-forward schedules, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, audit requirements,



approval matrices, and company policies.
- Coordinate with customer headquarters, local finance teams, plant operations, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure effective process execution.
- Lead SAP-related process changes, impact assessments, UAT, documentation updates, and implementation activities.
- Monitor SLAs, KPIs, resource utilization, operational risks, and process performance to ensure productive service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and data quality initiatives across fixed asset operations.
