We are hiring for the following full-time positions in Current Delhi. Apply for the role matching your skills.

- TELECALLER - 7 OPENINGS

Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, explain IT products and services, handle customer enquiries, generate leads, schedule appointments and maintain CRM records and follow-ups. Support promotions for Tech Guru Store and Lookup Marketing.

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or graduate; good communication and customer-handling skills, basic computer knowledge and a positive sales approach. Telecalling, customer service or sales experience preferred.

- FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE (IT) - 4 OPENINGS A PERSONAL BIKE AND VALID DRIVING LICENCE ARE MANDATORY FOR THIS ROLE.

Visit clients, generate business leads, understand IT requirements, present products and services, coordinate quotations and proposals, maintain client relationships and submit field-visit reports.

Qualification: Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field; preferably 1-3 years of IT sales or pre-sales experience. Strong communication, presentation and client-handling skills.



Field travel is an essential part of this role. Sales incentives and travel allowance/fuel reimbursement as applicable.

- FIELD IT ENGINEER L1 - 2 OPENINGS

Experience: 0-2 years. Practical knowledge of Windows, drivers, MS Office and application installation; desktop/laptop troubleshooting; Outlook and basic email/PST support; USB/network printers; LAN, Wi-Fi and internet troubleshooting; IP addressing, DNS and DHCP; domain joining, shared-drive mapping and user onboarding. Provide remote support, update tickets, document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to L2. Must be willing to visit client sites.

SALARY

As per industry standards, based on skills and experience.
