Role & responsibilities

- Perform assigned work in the production or assembly line as per company standards.
- Help achieve daily production targets by completing tasks on time.
- Operate machines and equipment safely and correctly.
- Check the quality of parts and finished products to ensure they meet company requirements.
- Report any machine problems, defects, or safety issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety rules, company policies, and work instructions.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and protected.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle materials and components carefully to avoid damage and waste.
- Attend training sessions and learn new skills as required.
- Support continuous improvement activities to increase productivity and quality.
- Maintain basic records and complete required documentation accurately.
- Follow instructions given by supervisors and complete additional tasks when needed.
