Journey Management Executive - Voice Process Arabic Customer Service

( NATIVE ARABIC SPEAKERS ONLY )

Job Summary The Journey Management Executive is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of drivers and field personnel by monitoring journeys, verifying driver readiness, providing travel-related information, and maintaining accurate records. This is a voice-based operations role that requires native-level Arabic communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive calls from drivers before the start of their journey.
- Communicate effectively with drivers in Arabic and provide journey-related assistance.
- Verify the driver's medical fitness and eligibility to travel.
- Check the driver's previous journey completion and mandatory rest period.
- Provide updates on road conditions, weather, route advisories, and potential hazards.
- Explain journey guidelines and obtain necessary travel approvals.
- Monitor the driver's journey throughout the trip.
- Record journey details, approvals, and updates in the system.
- Escalate emergencies, delays, or safety concerns as per company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Journey Management and HSE (Health, Safety & Workplace) protocols.

Eligibility Criteria
- Native Arabic Speaker (Mandatory).




- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Customer service, call center, or voice process experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent Arabic communication skills can also apply.

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary based on experience and Arabic language proficiency.
- Travel Allowance: 3,500 per month.
- Performance-Based Incentive (PBI): 2,750 per month.
