HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist BPO Volume HiringJob Summary:

We are looking for a energetic, high-energy BPO HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume staffing needs (Voice, Non-Voice, and Technical Support processes). You must excel at finding quality talent quickly, conducting initial screenings, and meeting strict weekly headcount targets.Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Sourcing: Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook groups), employee referrals, and local consultants.
- High-Volume Screening: Screen large volumes of resumes, conduct initial telephonic/virtual rounds, and assess candidates on communication skills, shift flexibility, and structural stability.
- Interview Coordination: Align candidates for operations rounds, schedule face-to-face or virtual panel interviews, and coordinate closely with Hiring Managers.
- Vendor Management: Liaison with external recruitment agencies and consultancies to ensure a steady pipeline for urgent hiring ramps.
- Mass Recruitment Drives:



Organize and execute walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and job fairs to close bulk requirements.
- Offer & Onboarding: Handle salary negotiation within client budgets, roll out offer letters, follow up until the date of joining, and minimize drop-out rates.
- Database & Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment trackers (TAT, Source Mix, Offer-to-Join ratios) for HR leadership reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream (MBA in HR is a plus).
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of solid experience in BPO/ITES volume or bulk hiring.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional ability to gauge a candidate's English fluency quickly.
- Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced job portal search strategies (Boolean search strings).
- Work Matrix: Must be comfortable working under pressure to meet tight hiring deadlines.
