Role & responsibilities
- Develop creative collections for ethnic, western, occasion, and bridal wear.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and market preferences.
- Create design sketches, mood boards, and collection concepts.
- Coordinate fabric selection, embroidery, embellishments, and sampling.
- Supervise garment fittings, production, and quality control.
- Coordinate with tailors, karigars, and production teams.
- Ensure timely collection development while maintaining design quality.
