We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage interior design projects from concept development to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, working drawings, and detailed interior drawings.
- Create 3D models and realistic renders using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and V-Ray/Lumion/Enscape.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, colors, furniture, lighting, and dcor.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure quality and design accuracy.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets,



and company standards.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, laminates, finishes, lighting, and furniture detailing.
- Excellent design, presentation, and space-planning skills.
- Good communication, client-handling, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage projects independently from concept to execution.

Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant interior design experience.
- A robust portfolio of completed interior design projects is preferred.
