Job Summary

We are looking for passionate professionals to join our Flow Chemistry & Process Technology team. The selected candidate will be involved in the development, optimization, scale-up, and commercialization of chemical processes using continuous flow technologies. The role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge flow chemistry platforms, process development, technology transfer, and scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and commercial manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize chemical processes using Flow Chemistry (Micro/Meso Reactors).
- Identify and evaluate suitable flow reactors, pumps, and downstream processing equipment.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, process development, and DOE-based studies for scale-up.
- Generate process data and support transfer of technology to Pilot Plant and Commercial Manufacturing.
- Work closely with Process Development, Analytical, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams.
- Identify process intensification and cost reduction opportunities through continuous manufacturing.
- Support troubleshooting and process improvement activities for commercial flow processes.
- Prepare technical reports, SOPs,



process documentation, and presentations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and environmental practices.
- Participate in literature searches, problem-solving initiatives, and innovation projects.

Desired Candidate Profile For Flow Engineer

- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in Flow Chemistry, Process Engineering, or Continuous Manufacturing.

For Research Scientist

- M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry.
- 0-8 years of industrial experience in process development, flow chemistry, or related research areas.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with Flow Chemistry / Continuous Processing.
- Exposure to different types of Flow Reactors and Pumps.
- Understanding of reaction engineering, scale-up, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE).
- Analytical data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
- Technical documentation and report writing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and scientific data management.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
