Job Summary

Shella Consultants is looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-office operations and provide administrative support to our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome candidates, clients, and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, and respond to general inquiries.
- Coordinate candidate walk-ins, interviews, and appointments with recruiters.
- Maintain visitor registers, candidate records, and interview schedules.
- Assist the recruitment team with administrative and documentation tasks.
- Manage emails, courier services, and office correspondence.
- Ensure the reception area is neat and organized.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate in any stream.
- 02 years of experience in reception or front-office operations.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet applications.
- Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and organizational skills.
