Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager Royale to manage and grow relationships with affluent customers. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, portfolio management, customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop relationships with affluent and high-value customers.
- Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand customers' financial needs and provide suitable banking and financial product solutions.
- Achieve business targets related to CASA, Fixed Deposits, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Loans.




- Ensure high customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and cross-selling banking products.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Graduate / MBA.
- Experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in handling affluent or premium banking customers will be preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
- Valuable customer-handling and business development abilities.
