We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process to attract and onboard quality talent in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and organizational fit.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Negotiate salary, release offer letters,



and manage joining formalities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Solid sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in volume hiring and lateral hiring.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
