Role & responsibilities

- Ensure that the Quality Policy is understood and followed.

- Develop and maintain Final Quality Checklists.

- Manage and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensuring prompt and effective action.

- Maintain records for Final Quality Checks (FQCs), job cards, and all testing-related documentation.

- Perform product testing as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs), and notify management of any discrepancies or negligence in processes.

- Ensure that all SOPs available online are controlled and up-to-date with the latest revisions.

- Update the quality board according to the production schedule.

- Prepare packing lists and Pre-Dispatch inspection report (PDI) according to customer orders and panels to be dispatched.





Preferred candidate profile

- Lead quality assurance activities, ensuring that all products meet company and customer standards.

- Create, implement, and review quality control standards and procedures for the testing and inspection of products.

- Analyse non-conformances and participate in root cause analysis to identify systemic issues, propose solutions, and prevent recurrence.

- Supervise junior quality engineers, ensuring team members follow quality control processes and develop professionally.
