Job Title: Property and casualty Insurance - Healthcare | BFSI | Any Insurance

Location: Bangalore, Pune & Mumbai

Qualification: Any Graduate, preferably from a Commerce background

Relevant Experience: 3 years of experience in the insurance domain or relevant BFSI process Or Healthcare insurance

Location-Wise Domain Requirements

- Bangalore: P&C;, General Insurance, Commercial Insurance, other insurance domains, or BFSI experience. NO health Insurance experience will be considered.
- Pune: P&C;, General Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Health Insurance, other insurance domains, or BFSI experience.
- Mumbai: P&C;, General Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Health Insurance, other insurance domains, or BFSI experience.

Must-Have Skills

- Experience in P&C;, General Insurance, Commercial Insurance, other insurance domains, or BFSI.
- Knowledge of insurance processes, including policy administration and the policy lifecycle.
- Both Claims and Non-Claims experience are acceptable.
- Experience in claims processing, underwriting, policy administration, customer servicing, or related operations.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle insurance service support activities, including policy administration and customer servicing.
- Support claims, underwriting,



and other insurance operations as applicable.
- Monitor performance metrics such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handle Time (AHT), and SLA adherence.
- Analyze operational issues and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Operations, Claims, Underwriting, and IT teams to improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

CTC: 3.75 - 10LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 15- 30 Days

Shift Timing: US Shift

Mode of Interview: Walk-in Interview 31 October 2026

Mode of Work: Hybrid
