- End to end closure on procurement planning, Supplier evaluation and Validation of Quotes and Approval of PO/PSR for initial stage and closure on the final PO.
- Creation of Dashboard tools for measuring supply chain metrics.

- Train Suppliers and team in effective Delivery metrics and Quality Documentation.
- Networking Independently managing the role of procurement and negotiations and supplier Relationship Management.
- Being able to handle team of 3 for Procurement.

- Effectively close end to end process plans by cross functional coordination with teams such as Central planning, QC, Stores, Sales and Logistics
- Independently manage the role of procurement, negotiations in driving Forecast analysis & procurement decisions.
Commercial Acumen
- Yearly Budgeting and Monthly Cash flow closures, OTD, Quality and Cost parameters to be maintained.
- Ideation of business planning process to reduce mat cost to achieve cost savings and Inventory reduction through alternate modes.
Collaborates Actively
- Work with Cross functional teams such as Central planning, quality Control, Plant maintenance, Finance & MRB for various activities like machine loading, CAPA, TPM and preventive maintenance.
- Work with Import suppliers from US, Europe and Asian countries.
