Key Responsibilities

- Execute batch manufacturing activities as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).

- Operate and monitor GLR and GCR reactors for API/intermediate manufacturing processes.

- Handle charging, reaction monitoring, distillation, filtration, centrifugation, drying, and material transfer activities.

- Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, and reaction progress.

- Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and quality requirements during production operations.

- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and EHS teams for smooth manufacturing activities.

- Maintain accurate production records and logbooks.

- Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and documentation as per SOPs.

- Support technology transfer, process optimization, and scale-up activities.





- Identify and report process deviations, incidents, and abnormalities.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures while handling hazardous chemicals and solvents.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in GLR (Glass Lined Reactors) and GCR (Glass Coated Reactors).

- Knowledge of API manufacturing processes and unit operations.

- Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, BMR, and EHS guidelines.

- Experience in handling distillation, filtration, drying, and solvent recovery operations.

- Valuable understanding of process safety and chemical handling.

- Basic knowledge of production documentation and regulatory compliance
